Strawberry Patch Childcare Centre Inc. Rates for 2023/2024 Season (Effective September 1, 2023)

We have opted into the Governments Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI). The rates below DO NOT reflect the reduction. The discount is noted beside the rate. This reduction will apply as long as we continue to “Opt In” to their program and they are providing. New for September, 2023 the Before and After programs will also be receiving a reduction in fees due to the Fee Reduction Initiative. Any fees $ 200 or less will not see a reduction as it is not included in the governments program.

Families are encouraged to apply for the Affordable Childcare Benefit provided by the Government. This will help reduce your cost to us. We will provide the “Childcare arrangement form” needed to accompany your application. Please be sure to ask us for this form when applying.

Daycare – 3 – 5 yrs.

Fees are to be paid on the 1st of each month. Our preferred payment is via Preauthorized Debit plan. Etransfers and Cash will be accepted. Snacks/breakfast/lunches to be provided by the parent/guardian. No credit will be given for absences of any kind, except if a child is sick for more than five days and a doctor’s note is provided.

Pre-Kindergarten during school hours only – Monday – Friday 8:45 – 1:50 **On Regular School Days only

3 Year Olds Rate Fee Reduction

Tuesday/Thursday 2-1/2 hours $ 170 CCFRI $90

Late Fees

Parents who are late picking up their children after hours will be charged a fee of $ 1.00 per minutes. Staff has other responsibilities as well as your child may become worried and upset if they are not picked up on time. If you know you will be late, please phone the centre and let us know so that your child can be informed.
